Vaibhav Suryavanshi made history as the youngest male cricketer to score 100 runs in T20 matches when he took part in this game which occurred on April 28, 2025.

A total of 11 sixes and 7 fours appeared in his batting innings while boundaries contributed to 94 of his runs. During his century-making innings Suryavanshi became only the second player in IPL history to reach a hundred in 35 balls while also becoming the fastest Indian batsman to achieve this feat surpassing Yusuf Pathan's 37 balls from 2010.

Suryavanshi's century reached a peak moment when he slammed a six against Rashid Khan after Karim Janat had delivered a 30-run over which turned out to be the highlight of his match. Early Life and Rise to Prominence :
Suryavanshi took up cricket at age four and started his training with his father in Tajpur village on March 27th 2011. Samastipur district in Bihar marked his birthplace. The cricketer developed his skills at the Samastipur cricket academy and practiced in Muzaffarpur while neighbors gave him the nickname "My Little Gayle" because of his attacking batting style.
Suryavanshi demonstrated his talent before reaching double digits in age. Suryavanshi made his first-class debut for Bihar when he was 12 years old with 284 days on the calendar in January 2024 which established him as one of the youngest Ranji Trophy players. The young player went on to establish new records by playing T20 cricket at age 13 and List A cricket at the next opportunity. The IPL scouts took notice of his cricket performances in youth level especially after he hit a century against Australia U19 by scoring 58 balls. The Rajasthan Royals contracted him in November 2024 for a price of $130,000 while he became the youngest IPL player to receive a professional offer.
